This should fix any licensing issues you might be having. If you are prompted to use a personal or work account, use the work account.
If you are currently using a personal account for Adobe CC, you must sign out of all personal Adobe CC apps then sign back in with your SDSUid and password for the SDSU student license to take effect. You must sign out of all Adobe Creative Cloud apps then sign back in with your SDSUid and password for the new license to take effect.

If prompted, choose the work or school account.
Make sure you use your SDSUid email address and hit continue to log in, do not log in using the "Continue with Google, Facebook or Apple" options, they will not work. Sign in to with your SDSUid and password to license your account. Current SDSU students are eligible to use Adobe Creative Cloud applications with a valid SDSUid.
